The Alaska Wild Kenai Salmon LLC (AWKS) business purchases salmon, black cod and halibut directly from the fisherman and various Alaskan processors. We have the salmon custom processed and smoked by Smoked Alaska Seafoods in Wasilla, Alaska. The black cod and halibut is sold fresh or fresh frozen in 1- 1.5 lb VPF. After processing, we
wholesale the product to various customers in Alaska, the Continental US and The Netherlands. Our main focus is Smoked salmon in the shelf stable, clear retort pouch, glass jars and cans. The fresh fish available in season (as well as fresh frozen)is Black Cod, Halibut, Sockeye Salmon, King Salmon and Silver Salmon.
