The Alaskan Troll salmon fishery is one of the lowest carbon fisheries in the world. We keep our carbon foot print as small as possible by shipping in totes by barge, no airfreight from Alaska.
Our salmon actually finishes going through rigor mortis as it thaws. Nothing is as fresh as a Bruce Gore frozen at sea salmon.
