We are specialized in cutting small fish pieces, which are ingredients for the convenience-food-industry. We do cubes, strips, slices, crips or flakes, which can be offered in raw, cooked, coldsmoked or hotsmoked condition. All products are IQF. Main fish species are salmon (wild and farmed), tuna, alaskan pollock, hake, hoki, cod and pangasius. Our customers are well-known food producers all over Europe, mainly pizza producers, producers of salads, soups, sauces and all kind of ready-meals. We have a new factory which was established in 2008; everything was build according to quality aspects. We can supply you safe quality products at reasonable prices.
