Ten years after the birth of Noordzee Urk(Our fresh fish department) the sister company Noordzee International came into being. The request for fresh fish decreased while frozen fish became more and more popular. In the year 2004, Noordzee Urk opened the freezing department.

It turned out to be that there was a lot of request for the frozen fish of Noordzee International. So this year there is another expansion of the freezing capacities.

Thanks to the newest techniques and optimal care for quality, is Noordzee a runner in front at the international market. With a clientele which reaches far beyond the European Borders, we can state that it is impossible to imagine the frozen fish export trade without the Noordzee International.
