Moshi Moshi is a small group of Japanese restaurants, operating since 1994. Quality fish are imperative for the success of our business, and a lot of effort is spent on sourcing exceptionally high qulity fish. Since 1999, we have taken an active stance in trying to protect the Marine Environment, and were the first restaruant in the UK to remove BlueFin tuna from our menus. Subsequently we have worked on sourcing fish from local waters, and Caroline Bennett actively works on helping small scale fishermen link directly to restaurants through the organisation Pisces RFR (Responsible Fish Restaurants).
