“Sustainable fish from gods Island” Gigha halibut produces atlantic halibut on the small community owned Island of Gigha off the West of Scotland. The company accounts for 80% of the scottish production. The fish are hand reared using an organic diet. Renewable power drive the pumps that draw water from the atlantic into the ongrowing tanks. The rearing system results in superb quality fish which range from 1-7kg. These are gutted and packed in ice in poly boxes of 12 or 25kg .
