Business Description	We are a factory of canned fish since 1936. Founded by Mr. Pedro Alegria Echaburu, the company has a place of business at Ondarroa, northern Spain, on the Bay of Biscay. Concretely, the activity we develop is the processing of: Bonito and Yellowfin, The technology we use is perfectly adapted to crafty canning, which ensures our customers are offered the best of quality. Exhaustive controls throughout the processing process and several generations of artisanal canners enable us to guarantee all our products. We have canned of tuna fish two qualities Bonito del Norte (White meat tuna) in olive oil, bonito is one of the most prized fish and most commercialized product from the Basque Country, the meat from this fish has a very unique color, flavor and texture and Atun Claro (yellowfin) in olive oil, is (light meat tuna), the meat from this fish are pink color and flavor is little strong (than bonito del norte).
