We are one of an exclusive group of traditional fish smokers based in Grimsby. We specialise in smoking haddock and salmon in our 100 years old smoke house in the heart of the old fish docks. We supply all sectors of the industry sometimes via billingsgate or other main wholesalers. We buy fresh fish at the Grimsby auction every week day morning for smoking overnight in our traditional brick built smoke houses. The following day the freshly smoked fillets of haddock and sides of smoked salmon are dispatched across the country in chilled transport.
