Our defrosters are now equipped with the latest Siemens system with a touch screen panel enabling a full range of defrosting cycles to meet individual buyer’s specifications.

Our Kilns use a unique horizontal reversing airflow system which guarantees consistent results every time. With Automatic management of temperature, smoke density, humidity and fire protection our kilns are perfect for drying, smoking and cooking of all meat, fish, poultry and cheese products.

We offer a cost effective solution for customers to upgrade their kilns with state of the art technology. Existing kilns can be retro-fitted with Siemens S7 automated management system for a fraction of the cost of investing in new kilns.
